Delivery & Shipping

Pricing:

There is a flat UK delivery/packaging fee of £1.99 per order. Currently on elenorandleaf.co.uk we only ship to UK addresses. If you wish to order with international shipping, please visit our Etsy site.

Timings:

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days. Royal Mail will then aim to deliver within the next 3 working days. Due to any possible unforeseen delays with Royal Mail, please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive. If you have not recieved your order within this time frame, please drop an email over to elenorandleaf@gmail.com and we will resolve this for you asap.

Incorrect / Incomplete Delivery Address:

Please contact us immediately if this is the case at elenorandleaf@gmail.com. It is important that we are made aware before the order is dispatched so we can get it to the correct address. We are unable to refund any orders which get lost due to this reason.

Damaged / Lost Order:

If your order doesn’t arrive within 14 working days from dispatch, or it arrives damaged please let us know over at elenorandleaf@gmail.com and we will try to resolve this asap.

What is your returns policy?

Returns / refunds are accepted if your items arrive faulty or damaged. If this is the case, please get in touch with us asap at hello@elenorrosestorrs.co.uk and we will resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

Which countries do you ship to?

On elenorrosestorrs.co.uk, we currently only offer UK Shipping. For International shipping please find us over on Etsy where we ship worldwide!

Do you offer any discounts?

Instagram is the place to stay up to date with any sales / discounts I plan to run! (@elenorrosestorrs). I do also offer discount for wholesale orders - please contact me via hello@elenorrosestorrs.co.uk for further information!

Can you design something for me?

Yes! As well as running my shop, I also do a lot of freelance work. From logo designs to custom illustrations, please get in touch and let me know how I can help at hello@elenorrosestorrs.co.uk.

Can I add a gift message?

Of course! At the checkout stage there is a ‘note’ section that enables you to add a gift message. I will include this in your order when it gets packed.
